- The store name centered at the top with the street address and phone below, identifying which Sephora rang the sale.
- Transaction identifiers
- The store number, cashier, register, and transaction number printed as a compact block of four fields. These are the lines a return is looked up against.
- Item lines
- Each product on its own line in a quantity, name, price format, named by its brand and product the way beauty retail prints it, from a Fenty Beauty foundation to an Olaplex treatment. A quantity of two prints the line at twice the unit price.
